Our Story
In 2002, Michael Burton was searching for a way to build a meaningful career—one that allowed him to help others and create something of his own. Growing up, he always knew he wanted to put people’s needs before his own and make a positive impact in his community. With determination and a strong work ethic, Michael started by going door-to-door pressure washing houses and commercial buildings around town, taking pride in delivering quality service with a personal touch.

From those humble beginnings, Michael’s passion for honest, hands-on work and his commitment to customer satisfaction set Burton’s Services apart. Early on, his brother-in-law, Fernando Zamora, joined the journey as a trusted partner and right-hand man, helping steer the company toward steady growth. Though Fernando passed away in 2013, his impact and spirit continue to live on in the heart of the business. New team members still learn about his dedication, kindness, and the role he played in shaping the company.

As demand increased, the business expanded into specialty contracting—offering waterproofing, fireproofing, caulking, painting, and more. In 2025, Michael launched a cleaning division to provide steady work for his team during seasonal slowdowns, ensuring his employees could count on consistent opportunities.

What began as a small pressure washing business has since grown into a trusted, full-service company built on hard work, integrity, and strong family values.
